So long it has been
Writing for me was my only escape
An escape I have needed not
Yet now comes stumbling back in…

I want to be thrown into the sea of madness
The forceful push and pull upon my body
Drenched in water
Overflowing deep, crimson red.
Trying to gasp for that last breath of air
Only to be suffocated by my own sweat and blood.
Darkness starts to consume my eyes
The warmth I felt moments earlier,
Drains me before I realize no longer breathe air
I know not what I do anymore.
No control.
Free at last.
I see my past flooding towards me.
